Artemis will operate efficiently by utilizing technical consultants as required
Acquisition of resource company securities, royalties and metal streams is highly scalable, both in terms of size and number of deals
Artemis will generally not operate mines, develop properties or conduct exploration – management stays focused on growth opportunities rather than operational or development issues
Artemis will pay all ordinary expenses incurred in connection with its operation and administration, except for officer salaries and directors fees which shall be paid from the following fee: 1.15% per annum of NAV, based on $250 million offering
